Final Pics - Living Room Refresh

Just a quick post to show you guys how the room turned out now that the rug finally arrived!

We originally wanted to get a small chair for where Benji’s bouncer is, but we need a space to set up a pack and play, so we’ll have to forgo the chair. Also, we may have found the perfect chair on craigslist then the seller flaked out on us… So we could be just a teensy bit bitter about the whole chair situation.

Anyways forgetting about the chair, we love how it turned out and are so happy the rug really ties everything together! The rug is beautiful, but a bit fragile. It’s completely made of jute and we’ve already snagged it a few places on the first day.

Aerial view. You can see our little game cart behind the couch if you’re looking down! This bouncer is from Bloom Global and usually sits in our kitchen, but it looks great in this room now.

A little coffee table detail shot! This poor little pilea started leaning so I propped it with chopsticks!

Whew so much better than before! We feel like we have a whole new room!
